SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from iExplore Outfitters. For each purchase, we look for the best available shipping option. Orders typically ship within 48 hours from the US and several other international facilities, depending on availability. Shipping times vary based on location. Once shipped, an order normally takes 4-10 working days to be delivered. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our service team who will guide you through our hassle-free return and refund policy. iExplore Outfitters is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered. Some countries charge customs fees or VAT at the time of receipt. This is not collected, pre-paid, or determined by iExplore Outfitters in any way. The customer must pay any applicable customs fees or taxes at the time of receipt. If you refuse an international package or do not collect it from customs, the customs fees and return shipping are billed back to us. Any charges that we incur will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund request as quickly as possible. Unused, unmodified products in original packaging are eligible for return and refund (less shipping and transaction fees) for 15 days after receipt. Any products with visible signs of use or odors will be ineligible for return. Please make sure your returned products are free from pet hair, grass, debris, dirt, etc. or the request for return may be rejected. Returns outside of the 15-day period will not be accepted. iExplore Outfitters is not responsible for the return shipping costs, damaged, or lost items in return transit.
